Welcome to NOVA! We are passionate about creating environments for senior professionals to connect, meet, collaborate and create long-lasting professional friendships. We have a series of cohorts – all designed ultimately to improve the well-being and success of people in business – through supporting and encouraging connection, discussion, knowledge sharing and collaboration across peers.
Founded in February 2023, a very happy accident from a concept of “leaders need safe communities”. NOVA members are passionate about seeing more women in leadership, and the mission of NOVA is to facilitate this with senior leaders in mind, by supporting career and development journeys and fostering a collaborative network. We do this in several ways:
- We create communities for female professionals to connect, meet, collaborate and create long-lasting professional friendships.
- We bring together great thought leaders, speakers and experts to share their expertise with the NOVA community via in-person or online events.
- We work with companies and recruiters to ensure brilliant female talent is found discovered and included on shortlists.
- We create opportunities for female leaders to speak at events or to be published in thought leadership articles, to broaden their reach and increase their profile.
