At NOVA, we want every member to get the most out of their experience with us. Below you’ll find details of how our memberships work and what to expect if you need to cancel.

Monthly Memberships

A note on monthly memberships:

To give you the chance to fully explore the community, all monthly memberships come with a 3-month minimum commitment. In our experience, it takes about this long to attend events, build connections, and really see the value of NOVA.

  • After the first 3 months, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis.
  • You can cancel any time after that by letting us know at least 7 days before your renewal date.
  • Please note we don’t offer refunds for months that have already started.
    Annual Memberships
    Our annual option gives you 12 months for the price of 11.
  • This is a full 12-month membership, paid upfront.
  • You can cancel your renewal at any time to stop it renewing for the following year.
  • As this package is offered at a discounted rate, it is non-refundable once the 12-month term has begun.

A Final Note

Memberships are non-transferable. If your circumstances change, please reach out to us – we’ll always do our best to be fair and supportive.
