Billie O’Connor

Founder & CEO

Billie O’Connor is a highly accomplished C-suite leader with experience at both Executive and Statutory Board levels. She has served as CFO and CIO at a £170m T/O Business, and has over 20 years of expertise in Finance, IT, business transformation, and change management spanning various industries. She founded NOVA in February 2023 as a passion project aimed at connecting senior women together. She has been celebrated as winner of GENCFO’s “Influential Woman of the Year, 2023”, and recently nominated by Robert Walters as “CFO of the Year”. Through NOVA, Billie is not only fostering a supportive network for female leaders but also actively working towards breaking barriers and promoting gender diversity in leadership positions.

Charleigh Burroughs

COO

Charleigh Burroughs embarked on her journey with NOVA in September 2023. Her previous work experience includes managing complex teams and delivering in fast-paced environments, providing her with the foundations to help run our ever-growing community. Encountering a circle of skilled, experienced, and committed women has been nothing short of inspirational for her. Finding fulfilment in her work and witnessing the positive impact it has on the women in their community amplifies her sense of purpose. At NOVA, the dedication to empowering women to excel in leadership roles resonates deeply with her, paving the way for a brighter future and fulfilling her hopes for her daughter’s career path.

Harriet Fisher

Admin and Operations Support

Harriet Fisher joined NOVA in October 2025, bringing extensive experience in operations, executive support, and the creative industries. Previously an Executive Assistant at The Graph, she supported senior leaders and an international team, managing complex logistics, coordinating across time zones, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Before moving into operations, Harriet built a strong foundation in film and television development, collaborating with leading producers and shaping projects. This work sharpened her communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills alongside her creativity and idea execution—qualities she now brings to NOVA’s growing community.

Natalie O'Hare

Finance Consultant

Natalie O’Hare joined NOVA in March 2023, bringing her expertise as a Fractional Finance Director working with small businesses. Her decision to get involved was immediate: as soon as she heard about the powerful network Billie was aiming to establish, she instantly recognised the value and fulfilment that contributing to its creation would bring. This commitment remains central to her role, and Natalie finds deep satisfaction in supporting NOVA’s success and witnessing the positive impact it has on the community members. Beyond her work as NOVA’s fractional Finance Director, Natalie is committed to being an active, supportive member of the wider NOVA community.
