What cohorts can I join?
We have 5 Cohorts within the community. Depending on your role, it is possible to join more than one cohort if required.

- NOVA Leaders and Advocates (Male Cohort)

Can you provide me with an invoice for my company as they will be paying for the membership?
Of course! Just email our team at info@novacommunity.co.uk and we can provide you with an invoice for their records, and on which there is details for how to pay. We can also add a purchase order if required.
What is the ‘10 minute rule’?
At NOVA, we ask that every member that joins agrees to give another member 10 minutes of their time. We are all smart women, 10 minutes is all we need to chat something through to get a problem solved.
My company won’t sponsor this, so I will pay for myself – what reference should I use for the payment?
Please ensure the email address for the payment is the same as the one you registered your membership with. If not, please do let info@novacommunity.co.uk know so we can match your payment, and ensure your membership continues uninterrupted.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
NOVA Cancellation and Refund Policy
At NOVA, our aim is to create a supportive and valuable community for all members. We understand that circumstances can change, so we’ve set out the following policy to make things as simple and transparent as possible.
Monthly Memberships
✨ A note on monthly memberships:
We want you to get the most out of NOVA, which is why monthly memberships come with a 3-month minimum commitment. In our experience, it takes about this long to really explore the community, join events, and experience the value of peer-to-peer connections.
Initial commitment: When you sign up for a monthly membership, you agree to remain a member for at least the first 3 months.
After 3 months: Your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis.
Cancellation: You can cancel any time after the initial 3-month period. To avoid being charged for the next month, please notify us at least 7 days before your renewal date.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any month that has already started.
Annual Memberships
Our annual membership gives you 12 months for the price of 11.
Commitment: By choosing an annual membership, you are committing to a full 12-month term.
Cancellation: You may cancel your renewal at any time to prevent it from automatically renewing for the next year.
Refunds: As annual memberships are offered at a discounted rate, they are non-refundable once the term has begun.
