• What are the key UK tax considerations for a group looking to operate in the US?
• What are the key US tax considerations of operating a company in the US?

How can a consultancy help (for clarity, this is not a sales pitch for CFGI – I have asked them to come and talk to us. But what they can do is educate us on what we should be asking of our consultants, what kind of consultants may be needed, and what factors are considered when they prepare a quotation. Is it No of Units, Size of Turnover, or other measures that determine the quote.
