An opportunity to meet other female leaders and be able to connect 121 or in a small group, on a variety of business, industry or personal development topics. It could be to seek advice from a different functional leader to same function connection, to more general management and strategy topics.

(WIT)

Finance Leadership
(FL)
A cohort designed for CFO, FD, head of and FC level to collaborate across multi-industry on key topics being experienced in the world of work. From inflation to lending, being a female in the boardroom to fund-raising, audit committee to people development – it’s all up for discussion! Open to all industries; subgroups will naturally create so those in fashion retail can discuss specific topics or those in IT/tech/SAAS can connect and so on. This cohort is also designed to encourage those FC/HO level to start to build peer to peer relationships outside of their organisation. Having a good network of other female finance leaders will support the growth and opportunities into FD and CFO level.

It provides a collaborative space for HR leaders to connect, share insights and tackle strategic challenges in their field.
