A professional coach at EY and externally for decades, Leslie joins with leaders to move through transitions that occur by choice or circumstance, including supporting promotion.  Her typical client is someone facing a change in role, organisation or business strategy, or feeling a longing to find new sources of meaning in work and life.  Her portfolio has also included many seasoned leaders changing gears after a full-on career to enter a new chapter.
